    Black officer, white woman. If it was a white officer and a black woman, this would be spun as "proof that cops are racist".

    The issue is with abuse of power and/or being untrained, not racism, when it comes to the talked about issues with police.

    Never heard of "remaining where forbidden" before. Must be due to Louisiana's adherence to the Napoleonic Code or something...

    White officers arrest black women all the time without charges of racism. However, to state that racism is never the issue is silly.

    I'm talking about this type of situation, where the arrest was seemingly unjustified and excessive force was used.
