Is Jefferson Station becoming more desirable than Suburban?

    Yes, the water department takes up several floors in the building.

    Good to hear there is more than just Aramark in that building. So few buildings in Philly are branded I always forget a sign doesn't mean just one company resides there.

    Yeah, branded building usually means the company have least over 50% of the space.

    East Market has one high rise of offices and two high rises of residential, all with services on the ground floor. It's looking like the 4th high rise there - the nice Beaux Arts Stephen Girard building - will be rehabbed as a hotel. That's a hekuva mix of uses on one block.
