Our neighbor has recently installed an HVAC unit on the roof of their historical trinity. To our surprise, this was approved by the Historical Commission since the unit can't be seen from the main street. The problem is that we live directly across from the property and can see the unit from inside our house. We are also worried about the noise of the unit. Is there any way that we can appeal the decision by the Historial Commission? Any other suggestions?
