    Looks like a Federal style house with a Colonial Revival addition. Interesting it survived but perhaps the Republican bent of the area allowed it to escape demolition.

    I agree with your patina assessment Titus. Main building so typical of large Quaker farm houses in the area. Building at time of 1910 era photo was something like 500 yards from the old "Plantation House" / mansion, Chalkley Hall.

    Since it looks old, I am going to guess that it was moved into an irregular lot about that time with political connections = G.O.P. (reference to two Republican Clubs), Money = the Foerderer family, and cutting Glenwood Avenue through to Butler street. Around that time the RR tracks put up on an embankment and the Frankford Junction Station buried under that embankment on the east side of Frankford Ave where it was at ground level and rebuilt up the hill on the embankment on the west side of Frankford ave. On 1895 map pictured a similar sized structure that may have been moved.

    The technology did exist at the time. House Moving.

    Wow, and people complain these days that the overhead power lines all over the City are visual pollution. These poles are just insane!
