What is the story / future of the Credit Union building being demolished?

The PFCU is rebuilding a new space. I think it is expected to be done next year.

Yep apparently in modern banks, the second floor is useless for security purposes and they desperately need more floor space for more teller windows - hence the spread onto the neighboring lot.
