recommend a heating repair person in West Philly?

Hi, I moved to Walnut Hill a year ago, and I am an occasional reader of the board. I need to have someone look at the radiator/boiler system in my house, it has two zones and one (basement) does not turn on. May be a valve, thermostat, I am not sure. Anyone knows someone in the area, reliable and reasonably priced? Thanks!!!

We have oil heat (not sure if that's relevant or not) and I asked a similar question on a listserv last year. A few people recommended Bill McManus (610-521-6331). He was reliable in terms of showing up when he said he would and taking care of our problem. He was very professional - in that he refused to bad mouth the idiot who claimed to fix our problem the year before and truly just put in sub-par used parts and told us we were okay - McManus told us that it had been repaired wrong, why and then explained what he would be doing. So far as I remember he was reasonable - although admittedly I have NO idea when it comes to heating and plumbing costs - I just know that I didn't have a heart attack when it came time to write out the check.
