The Philadelphia Animal Care and Control Team shelter -- needs dog walkers, cat cuddlers, photographers, volunteers to staff info tables at outreach events, peole to handle dogs and cats at adoption events, groomers, people to do office work, make phone calls, be volunteer adoption counselors, volunteer vet techs, foster parents, people to cook batches of plain chicken and rice for the emaciated dogs . . .
