    Default iTunes

Suddenly from nowhere for nothing my iTunes won't open on my laptop. There is a java update available but I didn't accept it because that kind of stuff makes me very nervous (y'all helped me get rid of Smart Engine, which I'm assuming I got that same way). So my question is, is this my problem or do you have any other suggestions.

Second question: i can't seem to get my HP printer to work from my remote laptop. Do I have to direct wire the printer into the router?

Hate itunes. Locks me in to stuff I don't want. If you're apple all the way, that's fine, but since I don't have any apple stuff, I don't mix the two up. Keeps things simpler and I've never had an issue.

iTunes doesn't use Java so that is not the problem. Did you try rebooting?
