I stopped at Wawa on the way home from Quakertown Farmers Mkt yesterday ( We wont go back there EVER AGAIN, Ugh, creepy violent, people)
and I spotted a stack of these yellow pamphlets at the check out.

UGH OMG Im feeling like we are going to get a False Flag operation soon...

Also, I don't understand your reaction--why do these ubiquitous "ready" pamphlets created by all level of governments creep you out or make you think the government is preparing to attack people in somoene else's name? It just makes me think a federal grant/mandate encouraged municipalities to create this stuff.
