Place to buy train paraphenalia in suburbs?

My nephew's birthday is on Saturday and I want to (read: need to) do some last minute shopping. I'd like to get him a conductor's hat and a train whistle, but I have no idea where to go. Can anyone recommend a store on the main line where I can get train stuff for kids?

I would try Mapes Toys at Lancaster and Greenfield in Ardmore. They have tons of Thomas stuff there and would probably have a whistle and/or hat.
