Does anyone know anything about the Fairway Transit District? I saw an article saying that it recently got approved, but I don't know the story behind the controversy or what the approval entails. The article is here.

Whenever I have to ship something I go to the Postal Factory, a privately owned store located in the shopping center on the Fairway. Other than that and the Whole Foods, I really have no interest in the shopping center...it's pretty beat. I suppose that this transit district intends to address that, but I don't know. Anyone have more info on this?
