Bulk Pick-up?

I have about a dozen contractor bags filled with garbage. Does anyone know of a bulk pick-up service that will come get this curbside? If so what is their number and rates? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Maurice has been my trash guy since the day I bought my first house in Philly. He's quick and hard-working, and very reasonable. I used him earlier this summer for two large trucks worth of loose construction debris, and it was $300 per load. Bagged trash should be cheaper.

I've called 311 a couple of times & they're very good about sending a truck out.
