    Default 700 block of S 16th

Hey, rumdrinx here (former jtrain on PB).

I am attempting to get property owners (landlords) to weed their properties. I have reached out a few, but am having a hard time locating the owners of 713 S 16th and also the owners of 1600 Bainbridge (they also have an entrance to their 2nd fl apt on S 16th).

If anyone has any information, pls advise, even by PM if that is more appropriate than posting their information here.

I've tried phila gov and also BRT. I googled as best I could the names of these people and have come up with nothing.

    thanks in advance.

I've also left 5 messages for JBCP Properties for the NE corner of 16 and Bainbridge. No responses!

    CLIP? what's that?

also, I don't want to call anyone "on them" yet. I'd be really happy to actually talk to the landlord directly - nicely - to let them know that their neighbors care about the appearance of the block. If they get a random letter or citation from the city, they could be likely to throw it away, swear about the city, and move on. Same could be said for my phone call, but , it is worth a shot.

While I've had to give them frequent pushes, I have had decent interactions re weeds and garbage with some other landlords.

Score! The owners for 713 responded to my email and we'll see some action around mid-August.
