Default Just thought I'd update (20th & South)...

As of last week the lovely corner property at 1944 South Street is no longer mine (though I still own the neighboring building on South St.) It was a long and lovely trip over the past 12 years, but I'm glad to see it passed on to new owners who also love the property and wish to see it thrive in the future.

I do know the new owner is actively seeking a commercial tenant for the first floor. It's a beautiful space and with all of the talk here about wanting to have active/quality commercial tenants in this neighborhood, if you have any leads or interest, please help make it happen. Here's their current leasing listing and contact information... Beautiful & Adaptable Corner Retail Space

That's such a nice building! I've always wanted to check out the gallery that sells all the objets d'art, but I think I've seen it open, like, three times in the past year.

Perhaps the P&K people would be interested in opening a combination hip-hop dance club/methadone clinic for just a month? I would give my enthusiastic support at any and all SOSNA meetings.

Just want to make sure that posting is accurate. $3,500 for 1000 SF of space on South st?? Umm that's approaching Walnut St rents... I think you have an extra zero or a comma in the wrong place somewhere.

I'm not in charge of the rental listing - nor anything related to the property at this point. That's the management company now handling rental for the new owners. I was just passing along the info for others. I know they have a few potential people interested at this point but no further info beyond that.
