Default Dry Cleaner on the South St. Business Corridor - Eastern side

A plea to business owners of the neighborhood - please open a dry cleaner in the eastern side of the Graduate Hospital neighborhood. I am tired of schlepping my dry cleaning into center city and would love to be able to spend those dollars in my neighborhood. I think this type of business would be a tremendous addition to the eastern portion of the South St. West Business corridor given the number of young professionals around.

Bonus points if the dry cleaner was "green."

J Brite drive-up at 5th and Passyunk, and there is an organic cleaner on 8th I think in Bella Vista.

Yes, I am aware of those options. I was just hoping for a closer, more walkable option for those of us living in the east side of GradHo.

How about 20th and South? That's the one we use. Good pricing and fast.

Yes, there is Sung's but I've only heard really negative reviews and have been hesitant to try it. Anyone with some positive feedback on this place? I would really like to frequent a neighborhood business.

I've been going to the one on South b/w 16th and 17th for years. Never a problem, other than sometimes they open five or ten minutes later than posted hours.

We've been using Sung's for about 5 years for everything from work shirts to pants to drapes and tablecloths.

    Never a problem!
