My general contractor, Robert Knowlton, has worked regularly with some local painters to do jobs for me in the SWCC area. His team has done all of my painting work in the past 4-5 years or so very nicely, cleanly and well-priced, small and bigger jobs. I am a college educated, commercial construction manager that grew up in a contracting family. I have experience in all trades. Rates can be determined by hour or job. I live in center city and prefer to work in South Philly, Graduate Hospital, Italian Market, Queen Village, Society Hill, Center City, Fairmount, Northern Liberties and the Fishtown Area.
I am currently unemployed and looking for additional income.

Areas of work but not limited to:
Labor
Clean Up/ Clean Out
Landscaping

Flat Screen TV Install with cable and electric
