Would really love to stay in the Pennsport area, but would also consider 'hoods nearby.

Would LOVE another house-share situation. But I have a mostly sweet, sometimes cranky elderly cat. I know some people don't like cats or are allergic. So you absolutely must like cats and NOT be allergic at all. Trust me, I understand some people can't live w/ cats - that it doesn't matter if you clean everyday or use the best allergen/dander remover...
but I digress.

I would also consider renting on my own (1 bedroom) or getting a 2 bedroom and finding a suitable roommate. The problem I have right now is that I don't have enough to cover first, last, and security. I could probably do first month & security, though.

If you or anybody you know is renting out a room in a house/apartment OR if you or anybody you know is looking for a roommate to go looking at places together please get in touch.
