Needed: Recommendation for Alterations (Coat, etc.)

Can anyone recommend an excellent seamstress/someone who can make alterations? I've previously used Rita's Alterations - but am having trouble contacting her shop (voice mailbox is full). If anyone does alterations themselves, that would be great as well! I need to take some length off of a wool coat. Thanks!
