Sweeties the new candy store on E Passyunk Ave just got in their Valentine Candy. They are taking orders and have free delivery. Located @ 1822 E Passyunk Ave, 267 709 6294. Hmmm Chocolate covered strawberries.

The wife part of the husband and wife couple who run the store worked at Shane's on market in Old City. They know chocolate. FWIW there are also a couple of other stores on the same block that will have stuff for Valentines day, Jimmy's next door and a lingerie store a few more doors down. All three joined the block last year. Here's a shot of Inner Flirt the lingerie store.
