Anybody spy a garage for rent on their block?

Anyone know of a garage space for rent on a little street in South Philly? Looking to park a food cart temporarily and close to home would be ideal. Done the walking around bit and no good leads yet. Many thanks in advance. By the way, was there ever a good commissary space/commercial kitchen in the neighborhood that anyone can remember?

lol, I was reading the South Philly Review in the bathroom and saw garages for rent in there, I just grabbed the paper. 4 garages for rent: 11th & Johnson, 12th& Bigler, 20th and Oregon $150-$175 Call 215-463-4830 or 215-715-0109

I think I know what garages they are talking about too, there is a big drive-through alley between Johnson and Bigler going from 10th to either 12th or 13th, it is backyards on one side and the other side is all garages.
