I never hear about the 19148 on the PPD scanner. Most I ever hear is in the North, Far NE, and West.

Sadly, just heard about a woman robbed at 12 and Daly. Suspects = 2 black men armed, took purse with $100+ USC, iphone, going north and east. To Tree and 9th....
