The scuzzy Dolphin Tavern strip joint has closed on South Broad Street. Eater got in touch with the ownership, who confirmed the sad news, but said they weren't going down without a fight... "[W]e will be working on a fundraiser, check our Facebook for details, as we get them sorted out."

That's about the worst article in the world. The owner, mom, died relatively recently and the daughters took control of it. My guess is that they just turned on the lights without transferring anything and someone got wind.
