Saw the sign out today, looks like a completely open "buy me" and not any of the rumors....

Old folks home
Day Care Facility
Methadone clinic (my fav)
Christopher Columbus Charter School relocation

I'm going with the easy guess of condos but I have no idea of what the numbers are to make something like that happen.

Assume you're referring to the school only? The church parish is still active, no?

The former St. Philip Neri school at 2nd and Christian was sold and renovated as condos. It makes me a little sad to see my old school with roof decks, but better than being gone completely.

Beside Phillip Neri there is also Mary Magdelan at 7th & Christian and St Stanisaw at 3rd and Monroe I think and Nathanial Hawthorn School at 12th & Fitzwater

Let me clarify the meth clinic comment. I was standing in line at smacme and an older guy in front of the line was being told about the closing of the school. He had heard nothing about it and found it difficult to believe it could or would happen. He was quiet for a second and then blurted out "I heard it's going to be a methadone clinic" He didn't know it was closing but knew what it would be in the future? Also this area has a few clinics and they are hated, so I think they might be the bogey man that people like to drag out just to be negative.
