Has anyone heard of these people before? My best guess is that they were chosen because they are the ones that live closest to the proposed spots, and they were present during the hearing. I really think that they were put up to this, and got a lot of help from the usual suspects.

I received the filing by certified mail on Saturday.

Yeah, that'd be real great, then they could also bleed local, state and federal government of taxpayer money via frivolous suits and bogus class actions in "friendly" jurisdictions. And they could do the same with the part of the economy that actually contributes to GDP, rather than sucking it up: the Private Sector. They could continue to participate in fraud, except that now it could have the potential for much more lucrative returns.

By the way, what attorney filed that pauper thingee? Don't they have some ethical obligation to file something legitimate in the first place, and if not then to correct the record when/if it becomes apparent that their "paupers" actually have assets?

If she receives no assistance, no savings but is employed but has no income and has had none for the last 12 months. How does she live?

Would this project knock down her porch?

Ah, i looked on google street view... she wants to keep the empty lot as her yard? Must be nice to have had a huge front yard maintained by the city to have parties, play ball etc. in. Can i have one too? just knock down a few buildings behind me or something.

Inside her home. They have CENTRAL AC and HEAT, real leather coach and an ice maker. DirecTV isn't cheap as you can see the remote control most likely hooked up to a 50" LED LCD. If you can afford that you can pay for your own damm court filing. This is my point. THEY CAN AFFORD IT, but they choose to take the FREE Ride.

look i know FB pics are on line and if you don't have privacy settings in place anyone can see it but - this girl isn't a public figure, doesn't seem appropriate to post it on line. post a pic of google street view or something to show the lot but not pics of the kids. Not cool at all. Sorry i may not agree with what she is doing but this is not appropriate.
