What happened with the Swift Half in NoLibs? Did they f it up or was it Bart? I went once and didn't like it.

Good. That's an interesting space. I was in The Witch a couple of times and found it rather strange - but I can't explain why. I could never figure out the staff.

Yeah, I went once when it was witch, and once before that (forget what the hell it was called...but one of the old SPTR chefs worked there, so stopped in to see him..) and it did have a wierd feel to it, maybe the set up, the semi-open kitchen... don't know, but hope the next one works out!

Very exciting! The Witch had an odd setup and odd decor. I was in there a few times for food and drinks at the bar. I live very close so I'm looking forward to seeing what is to come!

We went to the Witch once as well... really bizarre... service was painfully slow but they were at least all very nice so it didn't really bother me that much. But the menu was weird?! It changed like every time we walked by and the food was dead cold... not a salad either.. ice cold burgers and fries... I was starving at the time so I ate it but never really went back to give it a second chance... I'm really excited Good Dog guys are taking it over! I'll be there frequently in that case!

there's so much square footage in that space, one can only hope they lengthen the bar footprint (and bring all their wonderful beers!) and then reproduce their addictive menu!! If they do, I might just proclaim them my new 'kitchen' and close up mine - hahah!

anyone know if there's been any activity in the place? Saw that the sale sign finally came down but it looks dark in there all the time.

someone told me there is a liquor application or maybe a zoning notice up there. I am going to take a look tonight. hopefully we will have something up there soon.

driving by on my way home last night i noticed all the lights were on inside. Perhaps they are getting ready to start addressing the interiors...

Same tonight. Lights on, 4-6 people inside. Looked like they were holding a meeting and checking out the interior.

Yeah, I think there's definitely a void in that neighborhood, which is why I was surprised when this place didn't make it. I ate there two or three times and each time had great food and service. I hope this latest iteration takes off.

I peaked in last night but the lights were off. All I could see were tables and chairs and couldn't tell if this was from the old witch or new stuff. I assume if they are going to renovate it hasn't started yet or else someone would have noticed.
