It's not in South Philly, but I would take it to Classic Lighting Emporium at 2nd & Arch. I have had several antique lamps fixed there. They do a great job & are very reasonable, despite the prices of their merchandise. It's also worth going just to look at their vast collection of amazing stuff; if you like antique lamps, you will be in heaven. Good luck.
