I noticed, after the melt, that the cinderblock wall of my backyard has tilted altmost 2" at the top.
Luckily, or because, it's not attached to other walls it's not affecting anything else. Theres a plastic fence betwen the neighbor and me, and the alley gate on the other side.

Anyone know the best way to repair it? Thanks.
