Where's the Search button?

Shouldn't there be a searchbox and button on the main forum page?

It looks like you can go into a thread and then find Search Thread at the top right barn red toolbar. But, if I want to see of something was already posted, perhaps even in the wrong subforum, I need a forum-wide search. Where can I find that?

In the meantime, I have to search google for

___ site:philadelphiaspeaks.com

which is cumbersome.

You can do "advanced search" in any forum to include all forums, but it's harder to navigate to rather than having on the main page.
