Guys I know its been FOREVER since I posted (I still moderate bad threads), but thanks for the feedback, with my running SEER and Mike getting a new job not too long ago, this was like the only thing we had time to focus on, really hoping to start curating the best content in the neighborhood sections, and I also want to launch a newsletter (curated) so we can help some people with the signal to noise stuff.
