All too many Reply to All messages. Not enough use of Private Message.

I'm sure we have experienced co-workers who Reply To All, especially when they fail to delete a very large file. Next worse, are those who reply is a does not apply, do not know ect. Finally, we have peers who create a chain by Replying to All when only they and the originator needed to know that.

Lately, I am seeing more wasted time and Malloy's storage space, in dialogues between individuals, which could and should go on via Private Message.

People, look at and learn about the features of this blong, and help maintain efficiency and efficasy.

People may have the same question as a poster so having the answer or tangential information in the thread is useful to people now and in the future. Public posts don't take up more space than PMs.

However I agree that bickering between two people for a page kills a thread. And I know I have been guilty of it recently.
