Default Mrs G's Appliance store on Route 1 Lawrenceville NJ

I could not but notice the Mrs. G's banner add for the thread on the Bosch dishwasher repair, which said she was a 75 year, woman owned store.

I recall Mrs Greenberg's obituary last year, If ou worked at RCA in NJ you knew Mrs G's

Like Nate Ben's on Market Street, Jerry's on Route 13 Tulleytown/Levittown and Queen Appliance on Route 202 King of Prussia, these were The appliance discounters, before the Big Box retailers. Still some of them survive somehow. Nice to see them joining the new age of electronic advertiseing.

Yeah they've made it work for a loooong time. Best Buy and the former Circuit City (now P.C. Richard) have been there over a decade and have the advantage of being situated near the malls and hh gregg just moved in as well. I think part of it is Mrs. G's really good customer service though.
If you believe people should work till they die to pay for a government worker to retire at 50, you're a Democrat. Otherwise, you're a Republican. All other differences between the parties are trivial.

And it's still a tough business. I see that Sixth Avenue Electronics is retreating from Pennsylvania, closing their 2 stores, Oxford Valley Route 1 and Warrington.
