What do you have your PS options set to?

Last message first, forward messages to your e mail address, follow a thread, etc? What's the trick (is there) to "multi quote" and are there tricks to posting photos?

I notice some on here are very active and seem to be able to post a reply quickly after a new comment in a thread. Is this because they just check back very often or is there a setting that will alert you to new posts?

What works best for you? Tips/tricks appreciated!

I've been enjoying this site and would like to get more out of it.
Hopefully some of you PS Pros will give some good advice!

You can set up a subscription to a thread that alerts you too new posts on your user control panel.

You're referring to instant e mail notification, right?

No, I don't like the email spamming. You can choose "no email notification" and that gives you links to all the threads you posted in in your user cp.

Thats what I do. I also use 'New Posts' to see the latest posts in every forum

There is no setting or trick that I am missing that will alert me of new posts with a pop up or an e mail?

That's how I view the board also.

I see that some are able to post multiple quotes into a reply. Some times the quotes used in the reply are from different posts as well.

Would someone be kind enough as to tell me how this is done?
