    Default Addressing Spam

Thanks to everyone who reports spam posts - that really helps keep it clean around here. I'm then able to delete all posts from a spammer in one shot....so if they post in 18 threads, 1 action removes all posts in all threads. What that action does not remove are responses to the spam, so please do not reply to the spam bot.

If you reply to the spammer we then have a weird thread that veers off topic with a reply to a spam bot post that has been removed.

    Thanks guys!

Well, it ramped up in early Jan..but I put a system in place to slow it a bit - which worked and dropped spammers by 70%. For some reason people started replying to spam more in these last few weeks
