Place is looking good. That intersection is gonna be interesting. Wide open spaces for development.

Maybe burn the designer's house down? Just love the peel-n-stick "brickwork".

Sounds like there's a lot you "dunno" about recent jobsite sabotage in Philly, such as the union site getting hit with $3 mil in damage this past Sept 27.

It appears non-union shops have gotten in on the action of intimidation.

Goddamn it, I was just gonna add a pat on the back to you all for not mentioning anything about a compass direction or name of a neighborhood. You should be kicked off the internet for arguing neighborhood names/boundaries.

That's terrible. With all the political power of the non-union shops and the tacit support of the police and city government that the non-union shops have, the union guys must be truly intimidated. When are thugs gonna leave "the union site" alone? UNION STRONG!

Maybe they are opening a cheese shop, and the mouse is there to signify how tasty the cheese is going to be.

It looks like it's a Curb Alert! Should fit in the pick-up I'm heading over.

Darn it, you got there first. Between the WWF doll collection and this, Craigslist is really amping up the quality of their free crap.

On another note, maybe the mouse was placed there to help the elderly and disabled across the street. Noble gesture indeed.

Considering the unions have caused about $20m in damage via thuggery this year I think turnabout is fair play. I'm actually glad the non union guys are kicking the unions ass. Payback is a bitch. And hey they learned from the best didn't they!)

Who says it was a non-union shop? It was probably union-on-union thuggery. Non-union shops are too busy getting work at their competitive wages to go wasting their time on sabotage.
