    Default Looking for apartment

Currently in a house share situation and looking to get out. Looking around Port Richmond, South Philly, Fishtown. Looking to spend 550-700 a month. Open to suggestions for other areas of the city. Only ruling out Northeast Philly. Due to commuting to Chester every day for work. Advice, Suggestions welcome.

It would be living alone once I move. Since I do not have a roommate lined up at this time.

Hi; I just PM'd you some rental listings - but you will be better off looking in the local papers as Craig's List for rentals as most owners rent out on their own vs listing them w/ an agent.

You can search our website for rentals in any area; just check the "rental" box at the bottom of the page in the "property type" section.

Anyone know of or have dealings with Harvey Blank Real Estate? Seen some of his listings in Phila weekly.

Just to plug Fairmount/Art Museum area....easy access to 76 to 95 to get to Chester (I do the same commute); takes me about 25 min. door-to-door. Philly Weekly & Craigslist are probably your best bet for apts. over this way.

    Becky,

I'm so glad I do not have to deal with 76 and/or 95. I walk or take septa everywhere. Never needed a car living in the city forever.

Well, you're lucky then. I'm not walking through Chester in the dark from the train station and across 95. Not happening.

Cannot blame you there. Chester does have it's issues.
