Default Experiences with FlexBox?

I've read several good reviews online, but can anyone here tell me their experiences with FlexBox? (A local, mobile storage service, similar to PODS)

It would be significantly less expensive than a regular storage facility. I'm having reservations about leaving my belongings on the street overnight in a locked box, though, until picked up. Also, I read one review involving "hidden fees."

Anyone?

i have not used flexbox, but I had a wonderful experience with Door-to-door storage and moving. I packed up four of their boxes in baltimore, stored them for approximately 6 months (approx $200/month) and then had them transferred to philadelphia for unpacking. a coworker also used them for his move from seattle to philadelphia and was very pleased.

Default Flex box is terrible

RUN, don't walk away from these incompetent idiots. They don't answer their phone. After four days of calling, we emailed and finally got a response about getting our boxes back. Today four boxes were delivered to our house, THREE of which were ours. It's anyone's guess who has our fourth box, and I feel for the person whose box we have.

I rue the day I ever called them.
