    Default Rental rates for Fitler square/Rittenhouse/Grad Hosp

    I'm looking to move into the Fitler Square area or between Spruce and Kater in October. Based on your experience or familiarity with the neighborhoods, is it possible to get a 2 bedroom for under $1500 in that area? Thanks for your advice!

    I think it would be hard to find one in Fitler square but not in Grad Hosp(so as you move further South).

    Fitler Square for under $1500 for a two bedroom ? I highly doubt it.
