In the Girard Estate area,looking to rent or/and take care of someones home for rent.Im from that area. Looking for two bedroom apt. Will help odd jobs on the side for half rent.r Unless that is impossible a rental is ok. I know the whole city of Philly and have lived in all parts. I prefer where I grew up. Below Broad St. and Jackson prefer near Methodist Hospital.
