Recommendations for my Retired Aunt

I could use you guys to help me brain storm some ideas on where to look for my aunt to rent. She is recently widowed, 68 year old Black female, and looking to downsize from her home in Glenside. She owns a business in North Philly, so easy access to there is important, as well as quiet, minimal rowdy young people, and relative safety for a single, semi-retired older woman. She's looking to rent in or near the city for about $800-900.
I've started looking on Craigslist at East Falls and Wynnefield Heights and Bala Cynwyd. Any other ideas folks? Easy parking, no concerns about pets as well...

Bala Cynwyd forget unless you want to have roommates. Wynnefield you can also consider too. East Falls will probably be the cheapest of the three. Wynnefield Heights may be doable at your budget.
