    Default Royal Izakaya opening before summer

    Great to hear that this is happening soon. If it's anything like Royal Tavern or Khyber it'll be a great addition to the neighborhood. It's going in at 2nd and Fulton.

    Glad to see that. I figured that project had died as there has been no [noticable] work going on in the space.

    I was just coming to ask that, looks like they were clearing out a ton of stuff from the space.
