Di Bruno's wine bar

Does anyone know the fate of the wine bar Di Bruno's was talking about a couple years back? I wonder if plans were scrapped at this point...

I doubt the wine bar is actually going to happen at this point. Every time I ask one of the Di Brunos people, I always get "we're working on it" yet I see no evidence of it. I wish they'd just tell us the truth their plans are off and be done with it!
