We have a magic shop again!!!!

I always thought that one thing that made us unique was having an old fashioned magic shop within the south street area. When the owner passed away, the family just couldn't keep it up and it closed a few years ago.

Luckily a new one is back! Northern Libertie's 'Trick Zone' has moved into part of the old TLA Video location by 4th and south!!!! Pretty cool guys, and they have a performance area where they do weekly shows for kids and adults of all ages. Really cool addition for the neighborhood.

Actually, I almost bought something at the bong shop the other day. They've got a pretty funny parody of starbucks that says "StarF&cks".

OMG that is so cool....and I think I've just found my son's birthday party location. He turns 8 on Sunday and hasn't been able to find any cool thing to do for his birthday. But a magic show/lesson in a brand new space? Winner. Thanks LIN!

Sigh, not mine. He vetoed the idea instantly. He's being impossible to please this year so may just have to go without the party. His choice I guess. But I did speak with them about the party (before A. vetoed) and it sounded awesome. Maybe I'll have mine there!

I was gonna say the same, I have a baby due on Christmas eve, my birthday is December 28th, which will obviously be overlooked this year...unless someone wants to throw me a magic party!!!

Hey guys, I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Seth and I am one of the owners of TrickZone. I wanted to let you know that we will be officially opening in the middle of November, so if you see now that some days we are open and some closed that is why. Once we are officially open we will be there all the time, and open for regular business hours. As of now we will be doing shows in the theater every Thursday night at 8:30pm.
