Homeless in the Hood

I have noticed the homeless sleeping in the park along Front Street near Monroe. This concerns me since I leave for work at all hours of the day and night. Can something be done, other then me waking them up to a bullhorn????

The cops used to wake them up with a nightstick, sadly the cops can't serve up wooden shampoos anymore.

If its the one I'm thinking of, that idiot has been there for years. When Fredericks was closed, he'd sleep down by their place. Now that the new place it lit up I guess he thought the bench would be a better bet.

I called the cops on him a few times, but he always comes back. I then went down by the tree area and found that he hides his stuff down there. I took it all and put it by the curb. He wasn't back until the next year.

Call the cops, email a roll call complaint, and shoot an email off to qvna. Hopefully one of those will stick and the a-hole will disappear. Let us know if you have any success.

Rittenhouse Square put arm rests in the middle of the benches to prevent people from laying down to sleep. Call 311 and report it.

The guy in the dress is not homeless. In fact, he's worth quite a bit of money... family controlled but definitely not homeless.

OMG it's two of them but not the one in the dress. He isnt homeless, he just likes to be different. There is a white yound guy and the crazy eyed black guy. Only one was snoozing today. Who do I call for this "Roll Call Announcement"??? I may be using the wrong terminology.

They dumbed it down now. It used to be district specific. You can still submit this form and it will get to the correct district.

I saw a white hippy looking bearded guy with crazy long hair tied back
He was wearing a white shirt and a long skirt dress, he was very bizarre looking!
And he was carrying his belongings in a little sack that it looked like he made.
He was definitely homeless or living life like a hippie!

He was walking around by the liquor store behind Show-N-Tell

Just saw the guy on south street. He's rather intense and soiled looking. Filled with hippy stink as well.

Yeah... that one is new to me... he's pretty spooky looking. I'm not scared by anyone unless they look bat**** crazy-and he gave me the heebyjeebies when he was staring at me.

Yup, that's the same guy I see walking up and down my block too. I have to keep from openly staring, but he is someone I get odd vibes from.
