What's Your Opinion Of Septa?
Septa was just named best transit agency in the U.S, so what;s your take? Agree, disagree?
I wouldn't say it's the worst but I wouldn't call it th best either. I think for the most part, the service is pretty reliable. They do need to get a better handle on back up plans in th event of emergencies. And communicating delays and expected time frames of resolution to passengers.
