Hello friends,
I know it is not about Philly but I want to go to St. Louis/IL next month. Which is the best way to go there from here?
I saw grayhound buses take 15 hours and it costs 150$. What else you can suggest me? Thank you!

It's 10-11 hours from St. Louis to Pittsburgh so that travel time sounds awfully optimistic for a Greyhound bus. Um, don't go to St. Louis? (Sorry, I spent enough time there to truly hate that city)
Of course it's about Philly, it's about getting the hell out of Philly! If flying and driving are out of the question, you should think about Amtrak. Sure, you have to sleep in a chair while you ride through Indiana at 40 mph, but you get much better scenery and more space than you would on Greyhound, and a cafe car. For probably the same price, if not cheaper. Plus you get a stopover in Chicago, which is nice.
Addendum: I've taken the New York-Chicago and Chicago-St Louis parts of the trip separately, never together. A good friend of mine has several times, even though she has the means to fly. I don't understand it, but that should tell you it's not completely horrible.

Yeah 15 hours seems rather aggressive. When I drove to see family outside of Chicago, it would take 13 hours about.
But yeah, bus would likely be the cheapest (for the love of god, don't take Amtrak. It was the most painful traveling experience I had the one year I tried it).
