Default NJT doubledeckers crossing Pennsy bridge.

Led by an ALP-46a, about 10 minutes ago.

Which Pensy bridge? Delair? May have been the could-soon-be-defunct ACES set.

Theres no wires on the Delair bridge so it can't be an ALP46a...

It was an ALP-46a crossing the Schuylkill with the pantagraph up followed by 4 German-made Bombardier double deckers followed by an older diesel. Still trying to figure out what was up.

The 4-car multilevel set with the diesel on one end and electric on the other end is possibly the Atlantic City express service train that the casinos chartered.

Although that service ended (and when it was in service it left the Northeast Corridor at Frankford and went over Delair) so if it was that set it was a deadhead move.

I'll see what I can find out.

Apparently the ACES sets have been at the MMC since September.

So it's likely that what you saw was a test train for the Multilevel II order that is just coming in.
