So, this is a cross-post from the topic in The Suburbs forum, but I wanted to get a wider range of opinions and thoughts on the general idea of community cleanup of SEPTA stops. Who here has had any experience doing this sort of thing, and what advice could you offer? Were you able to finagle any funding or support from SEPTA for it? One would think they'd be glad to provide some raw materials if people are willing to volunteer their time and effort to do the work.
