-The Eagles have no starting quality quarterback in Vick or Young, and wouldn't be able to protect him if they did. McNabb would be just as bad if he stayed.
-True, the Eagles' could have tried harder to establish a run game. But they'd never keep up with high scoring teams without some semblance of a passing game.
-The Eagles have the worst defense in the NFL this season. The 2007 Pats would've reached 60 points against these ham and eggers and the clueless coordinator.
Until the Eagles get a true starting quarterback and a new coach, I'm not watching their games any more. That this thread is only 4 pages long at the end of November says it all about how this season has gone.

You would think that the Eagles coaches would have analyzed the game in which the Steelers torched the Pats by throwing short passes under coverage and playing man on defense instead of zone.

Eagles Owner Calls Tuesday PresserJeff Lurie, the owner of the Philadelphia Eagles, will meet with reporters on Tuesday to discuss the team’s season and its future.
The press conference will be at 2:30 p.m.
Jeff Lurie doesn't usually have post-season media events
The team had said on Sunday that Lurie and head coach Andy Reid would meet with reporters later this week.
