He's indeed a scammer and didn't show up to my settlement either. My settlement was suppose to be with the listing agent's Title company in Philadelphia but to my greatest supprise he called me on the day of settlement with Malvern address. I called him after I noticed some charges that wasn't suppose to be there but he promised me a refund which I didn't get. He also never paid me my portion of the commission. His number is 610 420 2065 and he need to be stopped.

Two "college level" classes puts you on the level of millions of 18 year olds every where.
And what job doesn't you to work under the supervision of a more qualified person?
Is there any profession where sales of hundreds of thousands of dollars are handled by so minimally trained individuals?
OMG, I was cheated by him too! I wish I saw this post early! more and more victims!!! we got to do something to stop him!
Quick update: I filed the complaint and I received the confirmation letter but it can take some time for the investigation to complete.
