There's been a lot of development all over the metro really. I don't know what's currently being built all over but I do know that Toll Brothers for example is building a community of what I would assume are McMansions (they seem pretty nice if they use the right materials) near Ridley Creek State Park in Media. There's others but I'm blanking at the moment. If we're talking about from 2009 on then there's a ton really.
A good way to tell what's being built is to go to a real estate website, find a location, and look for "new construction".
